Unique and exclusive seasonal apartments

My fiancée and I absolutely adored our stay at our Luxury Rentals Madrid apartment in Salamanca! We were received warmly and the apartment was spotless when we entered. The location of our specific apartment was superb, just steps away from the metro and in a quiet part of the neighborhood. The apartment came with all the amenities, washer/dryer, cleaning products, iron, and high-end Miele appliances. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils and after one week off staying there, it truly felt like a home away from home. The online photos matched what experienced. We loved the 90m2 of space so we didn't feel like we were living on top of one another. Our apartment came with a small balcony that was perfect for allowing in fresh air on the beautiful autumn days. The only flaw was that the elevator in our building was out of service, so for eight days, we got a good workout walking up the three flights of steps. I don't blame Luxury Rentals for that, as they don't own the building and we wouldn't have changed our reservation, had we been aware of this issue ahead of time. Why you ask? Because Luxury Rentals Madrid offered exceptional value! A gorgeous apartment, priced well below an AirBNB or hotel for one week. We highly recommend Luxury Rentals Madrid, and just booked with them again for another week!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Comfortable, convenient and spotlessly clean. I couldn't find any fault. We had a wonderful stay of 6 nights. The communication with the office was prompt and they were always very helpful. The bathroom toiletries and towel were of a high standard. Nice shower flow. Kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances. Everything was as shown in the pictures.

This was my third rental with Luxury Rentals Madrid, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment compared to my previous two excellent stays. There is nothing “luxury” about the apartment at Lagasca 32, although it has an amazing location. When I arrived after 5 p.m., the apartment wasn’t even ready — I had to wait two hours for the cleaning to finish, not her fault - and the place didn’t even have toilet paper. I was told it was a “last-minute booking,” but if the apartment isn’t ready, it shouldn’t be available to rent. Throughout my stay, the shower floor kept clogging and the hot water boiler kept malfunctioning, making it impossible to take a proper shower as the water turned cold every few minutes. What really ruined the experience was the unprofessional behavior of one of their staff members, Javier, on checkout day. At exactly 11:01 a.m., he called to demand that I vacate immediately or risk losing my deposit. I had simply overslept and asked for the same courtesy I had shown them by waiting two hours at check-in. He refused outright, spoke rudely, and even claimed they had done me a “favor” by allowing me to book last minute — something I found extremely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. There is no favor when you are paying, this is a business transaction they failed their promise of a 5:00 pm check in. I told him I would pick up and leave but I needed at least an hour, again, I overslept and he was my wake up call. I was simply asking for an extra hour in order to shower and pack my things. He then kept calling nonstop, to the point my husband had to answer while we were already leaving at 11:24 a.m. I’ve always considered Luxury Rentals Madrid a reliable company, but this stay showed a complete lack of customer service, professionalism, and respect for returning clients. I sincerely hope management reviews this incident and trains their staff on basic courtesy and hospitality.

We rented a 2 bed apartment in the city centre last week. Customer service was excellent and the team member was very accommodating and welcoming. Location of apartment was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for better. Apartment had all required facilities. We had. A lovely balcony looking out over a plaza! Price was very competitive. Would stay with Luxury Rentals again.

Impeccable location, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large and we appreciated having the iron and hairdryer. Beds were comfortable and I loved having blackout shutters. nearby to all necessities and a couple of Metro stations and the area is very safe. My only feedback is that I would have appreciated having basic condiments like salt stocked in the kitchen.
